In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:  ntfs: validate index block header more strictly  Modify ntfsindexblockinconsisent() to perform stricter validation of INDEXHEADER geometry in INDX blocks, and update ntfslookupinodebyname() to use that function to validate INDX blocks.
