`openssl` `SubjectAlternativeName` and `ExtendedKeyUsage::other` allow arbitrary file read

SubjectAlternativeName and ExtendedKeyUsage arguments were parsed using the OpenSSL function X509V3EXTnconf. This function parses all input using an OpenSSL mini-language which can perform arbitrary file reads.
